Kedarnath is a holy place of Uttarakhand. The Kedarnath temple is a tale of Lord Shiva and the pilgrims come here from all over the world to worship Lord Shiva. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Major attractions in Badrinath other than Badrinath temple are Tapt Kund, Brahma Kapal, Bheem Pul, Narad Kund, Hemkund Sahib, Neelkanth, Mana (the last village) Valley of Flowers in Chamoli is also an attraction close to Badrinath.
Haridwar is a sacred city of Uttarakhand and a sacred city of India. It is on the river bank of mighty Ganga and is known as Gateway of Gods. The Kumbha Mela, happens in every 12 years at this sacred place. Places to visit in Haridwar are Har-Ki- Pauri, Patanjali Yogapeeth, Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Sapt Rishi Ashram and Sapt Sarover, Daksh Mahdev Temple and Sati Kund.
